Pros
Responsibility to make architecture decisions. Developer choose tools and frameworks to work with. 100% remote. Colleagues is remarkably smart and has tons of experience. Best managers I worked with.
Cons
Not sure if it actually cons, but: Company sales depends of Sport season start date, so it's not possible to deliver features couple week later deadline, because it affect sales. So 2-3 times a year I was in a rush to accomplish my work. For me it's ok, but probably for someone it will be a cons.
