This place is only good to use as a floater position, meaning if your looking for a new job this is place is only good for you to use until you can land that job your ultimately looking for.
Cons
The Quiet investor as he calls himself Luis, can't even pay his employees why would anyone want to do business with him? No work life balance. You get sick your fired, you miss a day, your fired if your not at your desk for any reason even if you have jury duty or a doctor's appointment and you have proof, your fired. You sell units for 20,000 dollars and then charge rent on those units around 100 to 300 per unit, then you have the whole coast of Florida that has them, and rent for the 12th floor off of Osborn road in Phoenix is 7000.00 a month and your only paying 17 an hour, like your making more money and paying your employees sh!t and run them into the ground until their sick then fire them. Definitely don't recommend this place to work at all. The company is not even FCC regulated.
