Pros
The extensive amount of resources, programs, and group activities offered help make a big difference in the lives of local KCMO young adults and community members
Cons
The pay is not worth the time and energy that is required for the position. Management has favorite staff and treat employees accordingly despite employees creating ethical violations and ethical dilemmas within the company. Petty workplace drama is a continuous issue. Communication is very poor across all programs. Not all employees receive six month and yearly evaluations as according to their employee operations handbook. I highly advise no one chooses this organization as their choice of employment. Employees are not evaluated fairly or given proper supervision with regards to strengthening self-growth within company. There is a diverse set of staff but very little diversity among positons of power/management. The biggest con is the amount of favoritism among management and employees with certain favorited employees not being disciplined as needed. I don't believe this will change at all.
