Pros
Synergy is a great place to get started. They provide great learning opportunities to young developers trying to get their foot in the door. There are great education reimbursement plans to assist getting certifications, which is cool because it really helps prevent feeling stagnant.
Cons
If I had to give a constructive criticism, I'd firstly say that it can feel understaffed at times. Work can pile up quickly, which if you're a workaholic than you'll have no trouble, just stay organized. Secondly, upper management can be a bit intense/passionate, and may come across harshly.
