7yWe apologize that you had an unpleasant experience. Our executive team is involved in many different areas of the company, which is not commonly seen in other growing companies. Their involvement is meant to cultivate an atmosphere of growth and open communication with employees, not an environment of micromanagement. The executives have an open-door policy, and if any individual is experiencing a problem, they are highly encouraged to talk about it, and work towards a resolution. The last thing we want is to find out an employee has been struggling with something that could be fixed with a conversation.
Our company offers 2 health care plans for our employees to choose from: A traditional EPO plan without an HSA, or a high deductible health care plan with and HSA. To offset the cost of the high deductible, our company contributes 50% of the deductible annually. These types of plans are becoming quite popular, as the unused HSA dollars belong to you, and can be used for any future healthcare needs.
