Centennial Flight Centre NOT Synergy. Management plays staff and manipulates them to get what they want and promise a million things to keep people hooked and not follow through. Treats peoples livelihood like a game just for them to make more money. Doesn't take safety or regulations seriously. Does the bare minimum and often not even that which is why their planes keep getting grounded by transport Canada. They brag about transport not liking them and getting one over on them. Makes rude comments about everyone even their own students and staff and take no accountability. Very toxic work environment

Good Schedule, decent pay for the industry, good people to work with.

No definitive progression for career advancements and salary.
