1] Interview interaction with the reporting manager was respectful. 2] The opportunity initially appeared valuable in terms of learning scope. 3] I am sure most of the positive reviews are fake.

1] No job description or proper role expectations were shared before the offer or onboarding. 2] After onboarding, a critical requirement (personal laptop) was disclosed for the first time. This came as a surprise, especially after official joining. 3] Despite openly explaining my situation — including why renting or purchasing wasn’t feasible at short notice — the HR response was inflexible and dismissive. 4]I was continuously asked to justify my actions, including why I didn’t call or WhatsApp, even though I had already emailed with the technical manager in CC. 5] Rather than understanding or escalating the matter, the HR chose to pin the situation on me, and the offer was abruptly withdrawn, citing my "unavailability" to arrange a laptop. 6] No further escalation or discussion with the reporting team occurred. 7] The overall process reflected poor communication, a lack of empathy, and no ownership from HR in handling onboarding fairly.
