      I worked for a great team who knew how to push projects over the finish line and keep the broader company goals in mind while accomplishing every task.

      The size of the company can be difficult to manage sometimes if you're not used to a large company.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
