      The teams are like family, always. The benefits are outstanding.

      Cons

      Whatever happens in your personal life that affects your time on the job share with all of upper management. Do NOT Depend on anyone to pass on that information on your behalf especially a Team Lead, even if your family member is near death. Take the time to do it yourself. Know your rights!!

      Incredible management, very communicative, most supportive and kind people i have ever worked with. They want to see you succeed on your contracts and are your safe space for questions and learning. I have never been more pleased with a company. Unlimited PTO

      Most of their recognition is paid out in internal points instead of actual money

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
