      High salary Good for network building Good for experience development

      Project Leaders do not have study management control as too many internal request that take priority regardless of your study status. PL’s being deskilled by the constant micro management and questioning, it’s really suffocating.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
