Pros
Good benefits (but pricey), unlimited PTO, really wonderful colleagues within my immediate team, good comp structure for recruiters (although I’m sure they’ve changed that by now)
Cons
They’ll ask the recruiting team to sell Syneos Health as an organization that puts its people first - then cut you loose, even if they just recently recruited YOU over from a competitor. Upper management is completely unaware of the day to day. From the very beginning of my tenure, they were a complete disorganized mess - I couldn’t believe it, really. Unfortunately, nothing had improved by the time I left.
