      Amazing place to work, the Best place for beginners. Best salary in the town (Delhi NCR Area). Love the office building.

      Cons

      People working with small organizations get significant opportunities to work in new areas which they weren’t exposed to earlier. Thus, the level of involvement in all areas of the business is significantly higher. Within large organizations, employees often get unconnected from what the business is all about.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
