      I work with a great team of individuals and great managers. Flexible schedule, competitive salary, with ability to advance

      Cons

      Too much change in the organization with the merger - disruptive to day to day work. Becoming more and more "corporate" as the company has gotten larger with the merger: for example, health insurance and paid time off has changed negatively.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
