Quick hiring process … right from online technical test shortlisting to in-person technical round and HR round for selection. I was informed about my selection to Synechron immediately. Actual joining to Synechron was also immediate and there was no gap and waiting period between selection and joining date. In-person technical round and HR rounds were very detail. Synechron made sure both rounds happen on same day so that there is no need to come back again. This in-person interviews were arranged in a very detail manner. Tea/Coffee/snacks were arranged when I went for interview in the morning. Recruitment team made us comfortable with environment. Overall interview process was very smooth and well organized. This made a lasting impression on me. First 2/3 days of joining were spent on documentation, account opening, company overview sessions. Good handholding was done by onboarding team. This contains full-stack training covering front-end, middle-tier programming and back-end.
