      Pretty good place to work as an undergraduate - Data Analyst Synchrony Employee Review

      Pros

      I thought that it was a good place to work as an undergraduate. I got to work with a lot of different people and share my final presentation. It was really nice to have a half day on fridays and was working less than 40 hours a week most weeks.

      Cons

      There were some people who were not great to work with but overall a good place to be

      Great company to work for , 4 days week and no meeting on friday were great perks to have when it comes to work / life balance

      Cons

      Senior leadership feels distant and uninvolved with the day-to-day realities of the engineering teams.
