      Pros

      The BLP program is a great program to learn and experience so much and so quickly in a 2-year period. I have really enjoyed learning about different areas of the business all while looking forward to my next adventure at my next rotation

      Some barriers to a creative/innovative mindset with a large and long established company coming from GE

      Great company to work for , 4 days week and no meeting on friday were great perks to have when it comes to work / life balance

      Cons

      Senior leadership feels distant and uninvolved with the day-to-day realities of the engineering teams.
