      Pros

      Synchrony is a great place to work. There are many opportunities to advance in the company if you are willing to put in the effort. I was here for 9 months when I moved 2 levels in the company.

      Cons

      Not having most of the major "banking" holidays off.

      Great company to work for , 4 days week and no meeting on friday were great perks to have when it comes to work / life balance

      Cons

      Senior leadership feels distant and uninvolved with the day-to-day realities of the engineering teams.
