      Pros

      Great benefits, friendly people, good work life balance. Most of the managers are great but a few that have never worked sales and do not understand the industry.

      Cons

      Some of the managers are very impersonal and have no idea how a real sales team should operate. They are just about how many dials you make and talk time.

      Great company to work for , 4 days week and no meeting on friday were great perks to have when it comes to work / life balance

      Cons

      Senior leadership feels distant and uninvolved with the day-to-day realities of the engineering teams.
