Pros
Great people to work with! The office environment is lively and newly renovated to accommodate more folks. Clients are (usually) reasonable and easy to work alongside. A healthy Work life balance is promoted and managers are flexible with WFH and time off requests. A good place to get your foot in the door for federal contracting.
Cons
No room for upward growth. Pay is lower than other contracting companies. Any comments or concerns brought to program managers are not addressed, leading to client dissatisfaction. Folks who work with clients directly are forced to mitigate conflict internally.
