Pros
Just the basic to mid package depending on your JD Grade.
Cons
- HR will tell you that they are changing their overall system to make it better, but it's a lie. - Higher Management has their own team, hence you will be pressured by them. If you have a good team, they can protect you but at a minimum stance. - RO (Reporting Officer), most of them don't know what they are doing. They will do what it takes to pressure you & get the work done since day 1. Once you have completed, your RO will take the credit & tell the higher management & client that the RO done all these thing while you get NOTHING, just NOTHING. - They have countless of useless meetings, keep on shouting here & there without any solution and workaround. When you tried to explain your problems, they will say you are the problem. What a joke. - There's no teamwork in your work, you are alone from Day 1. Any resources you need, you find it on your own. Your RO wont be helping you as your JD rank goes higher, expect you to do alone. - HR talent recruiter once every 4 months will disturb you asking you to re-do the clearance for background which doesn't make any sense. Those who know, knows the burden of this. Already cleared and ask to redo again 4 months time. Not very practical.
