My experience at Synapse India was extremely disappointing and stressful. I was terminated abruptly without a fair or transparent process, which clearly shows the lack of job security within the organization. Even more concerning, I was not paid my salary for approximately 40 days of work already completed. Despite repeated follow-ups, the matter was never handled in a professional or timely manner. There is poor communication from management, no clarity around policies, and employees are treated as easily replaceable rather than valued professionals. Such practices create a toxic and insecure work environment, especially for individuals who rely on regular income. This review reflects my personal experience, but based on what I went through, I would strongly advise candidates to think very carefully before joining. If you are looking for ethical management, financial reliability, and basic respect for employees, this may not be the right place. I worked 11-12 hours from my home but still they fired me but okay it's fine if my work was not satisfactory but they should pay me salary.
