Nice place to start a career in Software Engineering. The company relies on graduates with no experience as long as they are versatile and adapt. Good working environment and nice managers.

Very high employee turnover. Training is negligible and you must be keen on self-learning. The boss is very much detached from the workers, dealing and delegating on his managers. Arguments between the boss and the managers were common. The boss is rude (when comes to work) and likes joking on controversial aspects. Stressful environment if the boss is around.
