SynaMed provides full training to entry level employees, embracing the fact that they have no or little knowledge of the healthcare IT industry. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the workplace after college, as you gain more responsibility as soon as you learn the ins and outs of the software system. This is a very small company so there is little or no room to move up, making this a short term position for many. Owner comes into the office every couple weeks and changes priorities, so sometimes it is tough to get projects completed.
