Great work environment, but not the best pay

Low pay, flexible but very low pay

Flexible with scheduling - most of their employees are in school of some sort

Management is bad. Rig maintenance is worse. Dispatch once had me drive a rig with a duct taped brake fluid reservoir for a full shift - which is both unsafe and illegal
