Lots of exposure to different tests in the lab. Hands on GC and LC exposure. Friendly laboratory manager but they are very busy and hard to get a hold of.

Annualised sallary means you'll be paid for 38 hour plus 2 hours overtime every week even if you work over that (which happened a lot)
High turn over
Not everyone speaks English well.
Expected to attend daily meetings that can go for an hour, but you still have the same work load to do.
