No leadership , Dont train people , No proper leadership , unmatured business. No subbies come to work for them as they dont respect the subbie. Cant handle big jobs as they dont have the foremans who can do the job and also engineers. Fit only to do car parks, small concrete works. They have ruined up the subdivision job in Melbourne .
