It has the brainpower of a big tech company without the bureaucracy. Everything is strategized to a T. People are very approachable. Everyone in engineering works at the same level. The products and services are original, impressive and worthwhile to work on.

Ramp-up time requires a lot of additional effort. The learning curve is big. Not really a con, just something to be aware of.

The base pay is good but there is no real structure for raises

They do not value you as a person, They will fire you with almost no transparency as to why.
