Business outlook
Pros
Great company with strong values which the SLT actually care about and the team by in large live by. Good collaboration and communication from the CEO. Offsites and perks are good and I like the medical insurance.
Cons
Company has done some layoff and is struggling on getting enough customers to make targets and is probably not paying a bonus this year. I don't like working in a smaller team.
