Pros

Great working environment, take pride in providing excellent service to the customers and to the staff, great location, close to the station and the gym and woolworths, excellent company values and they take time in working on the improvements - Kaizen !

Cons

often during the busy period, it can become a really fast paced environment. It can be a bit hard and stressful to manage time and tasks if you take your time to follow things/events.

Pros

Granted I've only been here a few months, but I can already tell that this is one of the best gigs I've ever had. You often hear "company culture" being thrown around these days, but it really is a focus at Switch. In fact, it's so highly valued that they've purposefully been cautious to grow the team in order to not loose that special groove they've built in the company. Some positives that stand out: - Really good team spirit - Work hard/play hard mentality - Virtually no hierarchy, absolutely no politics - Great incentives, transparent commission structure - Cool office (close to shops, full kitchen, dart board, epic stereo...) - Culture of Kaizen, open to anyone (constant improvements) Those are only a few of the things I personally really enjoy at Switch. Truly a great place to work!

Cons

There honestly aren't many downsides I can think of. Hard pressed, I think the company will need to make sure the current structures can keep up with the planned growth trajectory (admin, systems and processes, communications...). Failure to address that could result in a mess... but looking at the track record, I'm certain it'll be taken care of.
