      Pros

      I worked with Switch for over a year, my managers were a pleasure to work with and let me and my team work without being micromanaged.

      Cons

      The pay was low, but it was entry level. Even as an exceptional employee, when the contract was up, Switch tried finding me another role but was unable to. I worked at least 40 hours a week but didn't have any benefits.

      Great vibes. Company is not afraid to let people grow and try new things within the office. If you're a self-starter and love to learn, this is your spot.

      The nature of this business is feast-or-famine so work can be crushingly busy at times.
