Management are clueless - Passenger Service Agent Swissport Employee Review

The pay is the lowest for Swissport employees nationally with more responsibility than other stations. Training (apart from initial mandatory training) is nonexistent. Management do not know how to manage and only promote people they can control. No professional development whatsoever.
