      Salary and rewards very good with strong emphasis on getting results with a environment of self reliance and autonomy. Most employees enjoy the results from a good product called Cartrophen.

      Cons

      The reliance on cutting costs means that re-invested levels are poor and creates a churlish culture with an emphasis on month by month performance.
