Pros
Product is good. Good Platform to work but if you are advise is taken seriously by management (Just a myth). Everyone is good to work with. Employees are very supportive except CEO and MD. CEO/MD is not aware of products and solutions they offer and have a bad relationship with Vendor they do business with.
Cons
Management is from UK - very conservative and backward thinking. Even a street vendor will have a proper focus where he wants to take his business in coming days. CEO is just a puppet - whatever is fed by MD he will dance accordingly. Serious issue with Salary - Not given for 2 months and keeps happening every month on month - Delay of 1 or 2 months. Trust factor by management is zero. Never think of Increments and promotion - irrespective of whatever job they give. It is just a name on your email signature. Otherwise they treat employees like animals Only One decision is taken fast by the Management is to deduct salary for whatsoever reason they think. They will deduct salary if they are not happy for your work by 5-10 days in a month. CEO is from UK - Very good in giving bad words to his employees on floors. He has Big EGO than Donald Trump. For all employees - they give limited contract in UAE which means you are stuck with the company for 2 years. If you resign - they will ask for money to repay them or they will threaten you with Labour BAN. Not a genuine company as they hire employees on visit visa to work (which is illegal) and let them work for 2 months and wont give salary for the same. High chance of getting fired any point of time without prior notice.
