Pros
The management does listen to individual employees and will consider all suggestions for improvement; even outlandish ones will at least be considered and not ruled out immediately. C-level management cares about the wellbeing of the employees and goes to great lengths to demonstrate that. They continue to rollout unique health benefits such as pet insurance, gym membership reimbursement, education reimbursement, etc. The company is growing rapidly and so far handling it very well.
Cons
Limited opportunities to learn new technologies outside of the Power Platform and ServiceNow, but there is an internal initiative to take advantage new tech such as AI slash M/L, so this is changing.
As a developer you may be expected to communicate directly with customers, but it depends on the project. size It's great if you have good people skills and want to build rapport with the customer.
