Pros

Nothing really to say here.

Cons

- No processes and policies - Product and Engineering are in a state of chaos and complete burnout - Mediocre product and talent - They encourage an interrupt culture. People call you during meetings and get irritated if you don't answer. People won't even send a DM before hand - CEO is invisible. Doesn't attend All-Hands. - Benefits suck - Management is mediocre and junior. Completely lack leadership skills and have very unreal expectations. - Don't expect HR to be helpful, they allow management to negatively impact employees without repercussions. - Management expects you to work +12 hours a day, every day. - There is no diversity here, either in culture or thought.

Pros

Great people, great customers, awesome product

Cons

Very bad work life balance, servicing retailers means that you're on call most holidays.

Pros

Swiftly has built a commanding position in a challenging space where retailers need sophisticated data service but don't have the ability, for the most part, to develop these systems in-house. Lot of smart people in the trenches doing good work.

Cons

Engineering Leadership and many C-suite residents are out of touch with what is really going on at the ground level and are making decisions based on trendy buzzword bingo cards, or so it seems. Meeting mania and overhead "office hours" are sapping real productivity. Some engineering managers are obsessed with the idea that AI will solve all and every problem.
