Pros
Swift does have some pretty nice terminals compared to other company's I've seen. The insurance coverage was pretty good. They have great Safety and training departments and their online presence is superior. They have so much to work with if they only would.
Cons
There is just not enough room here. I did get loads but planners thought I had a rocket truck and did not plan loads for a 62 mi. hr. truck. Dispatchers wanted to call themselves "Driver Managers" or "Driver Leaders" when in fact they did neither. The DISPATCHERS assigned to me were rude and never gave all the truth. I ran line haul for a while. Job was supposed to be 9 hours a day. It turned out to be 13 and sometimes over 14. Then when I complained they would promise things would get better (things never got better) or would threaten to do away with my job all together. That and "Household Goods" routing did it for me.
