Pros
Good salary and benefits. Nice work to life balance. Hours were reasonable. I worked remote which was great.
Cons
Horrible experience. No training provided. No disclosure at my actual job until I was hired and days in. I was being trained by someone (minimally) when they fired him 2 days after I started and said I was working their position now, with very little training done. Did not disclose that would be the case. I spent weeks trying to figure out the job, systems, and duties required of me with little to no guidance. People were nice and friendly but you don't know what you don't know. Time would go by and I'd be asked if something was done and I would reply "What? I didn't even know that was something I needed to do.". No direction whatsoever. No real clear instructions or feedback. It was all guesswork for me. I mentioned good work-life balance but towards the end, my job duties were stacking up so much that I was working late into the evenings and I still wasn't caught up.
