      Pros

      Comptetive Salary. Trusted to do the work. Relaxed for the most part. Work life balance was great.

      Cons

      Some very outdated practices and unwillingness to embrace meaningful change. People not taking responsibility for mistakes and blaming on others. Felt like the design team wasn't really valued and almost forgotten about.
