Cons
The cons of working at Swell right now are very typical of any young startup. There are a lot of things still being figured out in terms of the right way to organize ourselves and the right way to approach certain departmental goals. By no means do things feel disorganized. I look at it this way: we're working on building the foundation for what will be a successful enterprise company.
