Pros

Just as you would expect from a virtual company, you have more freedom to work remotely Great clients to work with Great CEO very chill

Cons

You have to conform your schedule to management & those who have been there for a while. Outdated business practices with a lot of in house "Business Practice" to learn once on-board ( 6 months according to their on-boarding paper work) Nobody follows the on-boarding procedures outlined for new hires leaving you to fend for your self If you live on the east coast it will be more difficult to work Salary isn't industry standard but is based on how well you learn the "Sweet Rush Way" Lots of miscommunication in work processes & getting in touch with team members Transparency is a major issue You can expect to work longer hours during your first couple of weeks

Hmmm. Well, it’s extremely (underscore) rare that we have an employee situation that does not work out. Given your profile, I can count on one finger who this might be! Post the ending of your employment we looked to see how we could learn and grow - and we did - and we came to understand we had hired you in to a position that was just not the right fit...and that was 'our bad'. And so, we learned, and I only hope you too, ultimately, gained something from the experience. Personally, thought the world of you, and professionally, think you will have an awesome career. Wishing you well, Arturo

Pros

As an instructional designer (ID) with over two decades of experience spanning various industries, I feel well qualified to provide this review. My journey with SweetRush has been nothing short of exceptional. The company has consistently provided me with enriching opportunities that I wouldn't have encountered otherwise, all thanks to the strong relationships they've cultivated with their clients. One of the standout features of SweetRush is the robust support system present at every level within the organization. From the moment I joined, I felt embraced by a community that values growth, collaboration, and innovation. Whether it's seeking guidance from seasoned professionals or brainstorming ideas with peers, there's always someone ready to lend a helping hand. What truly sets SweetRush apart, however, is their unwavering commitment to excellence. Not content with merely meeting expectations, the team consistently strives to exceed them. Their dedication to delivering top-notch solutions is evident in every project they undertake, fueled by a genuine desire to ensure both employee and client satisfaction. But it's not just about meeting deadlines or delivering polished products; SweetRush goes above and beyond to foster a culture of continuous improvement. They actively seek feedback, encourage professional development, and embrace new challenges with enthusiasm. It's this proactive approach that keeps me inspired and motivated to push the boundaries of what's possible in instructional design. In summary, my experience with SweetRush has been nothing short of transformative. It's a company that not only values expertise and innovation but also prioritizes the well-being and growth of its employees. I wholeheartedly recommend SweetRush to anyone seeking a rewarding and fulfilling career in the field of learning and development.
