I've never worked anywhere where everyone was so well informed about the roadmap, priorities and business outlook. I always get the impression that everyone is on the same page. The Chief Product Officer goes above and beyond to make this happen. He is truly an inspiring leader and because of his transparent communication style it never feels like we are in the dark. I also love how people really believe in the company mission. The workloadnis manageable and the hours are fair. I never feel like the company ours profit above our wellbeing. All in our team feels like a safe space where we can work to achieve great things together.
