Very Political Place - Anonymous employee Swagelok Employee Review

Very political, buddy system when keeping or promoting people. Not receptive to change or delegating autority, full of micro managers, and many in upper management very arrogant towards others if your not a VP or at Director level in company. Very difficult place to work. Management comes and goes without explanations for removals.
