-In person next level supervisor interview and tour. Situational and behavioral questions.
Follow up was well explained and I knew what to expect.
Spoke to them at college career fair, reached out for a phone screen within a month. HR person was very friendly and clearly explained the role and rest of interview process. Interview itself was very laid back. Not your typical STAR question format that makes you a nervous breakdown but rather a more natural conversation.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Swagelok (Solon, OH) in Sept 2024
Interview
Extensive and bloated. It was 6 total interviews at around an hour each for a mid-level position. The questions weren't hard, but it was a lot of repeating myself to each new person or panel.
