Pros
If you like being extremely overworked, underpaid and undervalued, this is the job for you. There is decent insurance and a 401K plan.
Cons
Micromanagement, HR is a joke and not confidential. If you make a mistake, the whole office knows and you are chastised relentlessly. You are expected to take on so many different roles at once with no compensation, and told to be happy to even have a job.
