Pros
The children and the Chinese teachers are great.
Cons
Although they like to pretend this is an international school, it is very much ran like a strict Chinese school. The schools tuition is very expensive, more than neighbouring schools, yet the children are hardly provided with any school supplies, not even paper sometimes. You are forced to wear a very uncomfortable formal uniform Mondays and Fridays which makes it difficult to teach kindergarten in. This school is ran purely as a business with no focus on education, only the bottom line... making money. The Chinese teachers are treated horribly and forced to spend the majority of their day doing paper work rather than focusing on the children and teaching. Management makes up new random rules daily for no reason other than to abuse their power. They pay only half salary for summer break and Chinese new year, where all other schools pay full.
