Pros

It seems like there is room to grow within the company but that could be because of their strict policies in regards to attendance so there's always someone getting fired so if you are doing what you're supposed to do then you could be next in line for a team leader position

Cons

Very strict Easy Come Easy Go meaning and may be easy to get hired and it's easy to get fired. This company is very strict when it comes to their attendance policy. It's a job..... I was excited about this opportunity and on the first day that all changed...I can't really say it was the company itself it was mostly the other people that they hired along with me that I was in class with that made the experience unpleasant for me I've never been in the company of so many rude and disrespectful individuals I honestly felt as though I was in high school in a classroom where the teacher wasn't there we had a substitute all week was trying her best to prep us for our finals that took place on Friday and she was just as lost as we were and on top of that everyone in the classroom or taking advantage of the lack of training are substitute has everyday I felt as though I was about to have an anxiety attack from boredom Idiocracy and frustration thankfully I found another opportunity so I was able to walk away from this job with whatever sanity I have left. Again I only gave it a week and like I said it wasn't really the job and itself is the people that I had to look forward to working with that made the job seem very unpleasant for me to each his own I just can't work environment such as those. don't trust anyone when you get hired I'm pretty sure someone there will tell you the same thing it's every man for themselves people have gotten fired because people have said the wrong things to one another confided in one another or just simply got snitched on

Pros

Remote work and great coworkers

Cons

Extremely low pay for the amount of work and the type of calls that you have to deal with. Lots of mircomanaging. Unrealistic metrics. Lack of knowledge and competency from leadership because at no point should your workers know more than you about the job itself. No care for unforseen life circumstances that affect your ability to work. Very stressful and mentally exhausting which often leads to burnout. No recognition for hard work and meeting metric goals. Too hard to get PTO approved. Tech and internal systems are always breaking which affects your ability to do your job. No one is ever on the same page which often leads to being given incorrect information. No room for growth or opportunities to go into other roles. Benefits are not that great. Mid health insurance plans, no 401K match, no parental leave, and no internet reimbursements. They'll sell you a fairytale in training so BEWARE.
