SMM values its employees and invests in them. They make it a fun place to work. We enjoy several employee functions together throughout the year and have an annual Holiday party. We work together as a team to make the company better for the future.

It's a growing company so at times there are some stressful moments but those are very few and far between.

Coworkers are nice and the pay is fair

Management are unscrupulous. They don't look out for the employee.
