Pros

1. The people are genuinely nice, and it’s easy to make good friends. Many enjoy spending time together even outside of work. 2. The work schedule is fairly flexible, which can be a plus. 3. The Poznań office is well-equipped with free coffee and tea. 4. Senior HR Klaudia is amazing—she’s empathetic, transparent, and genuinely supportive. 5. Most of the time, people will try to help you with whatever is on your plate, 6, Company arranges great teambuilding activities every 3 months.

Cons

1. It seems that leadership operates with a mindset that employees are inherently lazy and unmotivated. 2. There is constant oversight at every step, leaving little room for autonomy. 3. I witnessed "Honest feedback" being delivered in a way that diminishes employees' professional worth rather than fostering growth. 4. Management gatekeeps crucial information about the company, leaving employees in the dark about key decisions and developments. 5. Workflows lack structure and change so rapidly that employees struggle to adapt. 6. Workload fluctuates unpredictably—some days are completely idle, while others demand 14-hour shifts due to last-minute tasks, with this inconsistency treated as normal. 7. Ambitious and innovative employees quickly hit a glass ceiling in terms of growth and learning opportunities. 8. Hard work alone isn’t enough to earn a promotion, with decisions often driven by politics. The management uses questionable reasons to deny or postpone deserved promotions across departments. 9. Workers are prohibited from pursuing any side projects or non-competitive work, as the company demands full "loyalty." 10. Even critical issues that could lead to client loss are approved too slowly due to the inflexible hierarchy. 11. Despite the boasting about annual profitability, in 2024, the company failed to provide yearly bonuses, claiming insufficient funds.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear that you found value in the relationships you built during your time at SUSO, appreciated the flexibility and environment in our Poznań office, and had positive experiences with our team members and the support of your colleagues. Creating a welcoming and collaborative culture has always been a key priority for us. That said, some of the perspectives shared don’t fully reflect our intentions or how many within the team experience life at SUSO. Our leadership philosophy is built on trust and autonomy, and while we acknowledge that oversight is sometimes necessary, particularly in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, we are continuously working to strike a balance that empowers individuals without sacrificing quality or accountability. Regarding growth, promotion, and communication: we recognize that no system is perfect, and we’re actively refining our internal processes to improve clarity, transparency, and development opportunities. We also understand that periods of high workload can be challenging, and we are evaluating how to better manage resource planning to maintain consistency. While we may not agree with every point raised, we do appreciate your feedback and the opportunity it gives us to reflect. We’re committed to learning and improving and we wish you all the best in your future endeavors. - The SUSO Team

Pros

- Good place to build hands-on SEO content experience - Exposure to different clients, industries, briefs, and content formats - Helpful for learning agency workflows, content systems, editing processes, and SEO expectations - Opportunity to improve research, structure, and content quality over time - Got to work with some amazing and highly talented people - Flexible working style, as you could manage your time as long as the work was completed

Cons

- Pay was low compared to the level of work, experience, and responsibility expected - Growth opportunities were limited and not always handled fairly - Office politics affected decisions around recognition, promotions, progression and access to opportunities - Some experienced team members could be overlooked even after years of consistent quality work - Content management was poor, especially around planning, quality control, writer support, and feedback - Feedback around progress was not always fair and at times felt biased rather than based on the actual quality of the work
