Pros

Good pay, have a lot of benefits.

Cons

A lot of things are happening that I would not recommend to anyone working here. First, there is insufficient management and leadership. Fear is the driving force behind this type of leadership. Micromanagement, intimidation, and the abuse of hierarchical authority are all used to force compliance. Prejudice and partiality rank second. Personal connections have a stronger influence on promotions and preferred assignments than diligence or merit. The lack of assistance ranks third. Professional development is based on prejudice, mistakes are not tolerated, and the onboarding process is unclear. The most obvious is the culture of blame. Instead of helpful criticism or coaching, mistakes result in finger-pointing and public humiliation. Finally, leadership frequently disregards previous instructions or misrepresents facts, leading employees to question their own abilities. They will accuse the staff in order to defend themselves.

Pros

1. Staff meal discount available for break. 2. Pay rate is good for a FnB.

Cons

1. Shifts are not as flexible anymore 2. Must hit minimum hours for 1 shift to get staff discount. 3. Certain full timers tend to not do their job and throw the responsibilities (including problems) at PT and caused majority PT to quit, leading to an understaffed branch which puts more burden on those that stayed (that quit due to over exhaustion). 4. FnB Karens and Kevins. (Even worse when they are your colleagues)
