Unstable Job Security – There’s a history of yearly layoffs, and the company remains understaffed, expecting employees to take on responsibilities outside their roles. No Pay Increases – No raises in the past four years, despite inflation and increased workloads. Return to Office Reversal – Survios was once fully remote, but after the poor sales of their latest game, leadership abruptly forced employees back into the office with little regard for work-life balance. With how poorly managed the studio is, it’s a miracle they’ve lasted this long. If you’re considering working here, think twice—there are far better opportunities elsewhere.
